Añadir más símbolos de facción en el menú

AÑADIR MÁS SÍMBOLOS DE FACCIÓN EN EL MENÚ

Supongo que muchos que habéis creado un mod con bastantes facciones os ha surgido el problema que no caben todas en el menú de selección, ya que el límite son 21. Para poder añadir más "huecos" para escudos hay que modificar el fichero ...\data\menu\mtw2.lnt

Aunque primero hay que anotar las coordenadas de dónde queremos situar dicho símbolo de facción.

Se reduce el tamaño del texto en pantalla en el fichero ...\data\text\menu_english.txt para que no estorbe. Por ejemplo en vez de "Seleccionar facción" voy a dejar solo el texto "Facciones"

Yo calculo el lugar de la siguiente manera, teniendo en cuenta que el tamaño es 59 x 59 pixels. En una captura, yo creo un cuadro con esa medida y se va colocando en las coordenadas que ya vienen por defecto, y cuando ya no queden se rellena por lógica matemática.

Una vez rellenado se apuntan las coordenadas. En mi caso estas:

22 = x 153 y 50, 23 = x 812 y 50, 24 = x 213 y 50, 25 = x 752 y 50, 26 = x 273 y 50, 27 = x 692 y 50, 28 = x 333 y 50, 29 = x 632 y 50

Lo que he hecho ha sido ir alternando uno a la izquierda y otro a la derecha, así sucesivamente en la línea de arriba. Aunque también se pueden colocar a libre gusto en cualquier lugar de la pantalla.

Ahora hay que abrir el fichero mtw2.int y se busca la sección:

Hasta que llega los faction_name_title. Aquí es dónde hay que introducir los nuevos símbolos. En este caso hasta 29 con las coordenadas que he elegido. Dejo el "symbol48_21" como muestra y a partir de ahí empieza el "symbol48_22"

Para el modo batalla viene a ser una operación similar, dependiendo del tipo de panel que se tenga. Se localizan los 21 símbolos:

Añadir más símbolos de facción en el menú 14k9thy

También si se tiene el Hotseat activado habría que añadir los símbolos igual que en el menú de inicio de campaña, pero éstos son los últimos del todo en el fichero. Espero que os haya servido. Un saludo.
